Hi!

My name is Nikki Packee. I'm the Marketing and Media Administrator and have been a member of St. Gabriel since 2009.

I have been working as a bulletin/website/social media editor since the summer of 2019 and in 2021 my role was expanded to include marketing for this growing parish and school community. I love what I do because I get to create visual messages (be it on the websites, in the bulletin, or on social media) that showcase our vibrant parish and school community. I also have the opportunity to help grow our school community by assisting the school administration team with marketing and enrollment initiatives plus it is a privilege to help spread the Good News.

Giving back is important to me therefore I take advantage of the many volunteer opportunities available at both our parish and school. We have so many great events throughout the year and as a result, have met many terrific people and made wonderful friends over the years. Some of my favorite events are the Parish and School Dinner Auction, Holiday Boutique, and the Giant Flea Market.

My husband, Jeffrey and I have a 15-year-old son, Oliver, who is a graduate of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish School and currently a freshman at MUHS. We love spending time at our family lake house, taking our dogs, Gibson and Oreo, for walks, family movie nights, traveling, and playing tennis together. Our son, Oliver, loves Legos, playing video games, and tennis too.
